At the end of the year, believe it or not, we set out on Oct. 15th for a tour of three Bavarian lakes and were granted the best weather imaginable.
It was to be a tour to make us feel biker’s heart and soul.
We started from Klosterlechfeld at 13:50 with a brilliant sun overhead.
Via Geltendorf, Grafrath, Etterschlag we passed lake Ammer and the Wörthsee to end up at Starnberg on the lake of the same name.
Past this marvellous lake via Münsing to Ambach on its own lake to the Hirth Inn, where we visited our harley friend
Gerry in his own restaurant.
The picturesque route through the towns of Seeshaupt, Weilheim, Wessobrunn, Pürgen, Landsberg, Igling and finally Obermeitingen
brought us home to Klosterlechfeld, where we closed the hangar doors 155 clicks later.
